Resort Policies:
The Sterling Sands Condo Association charges a $15 per person User Fee for each guest that is 5 years of age and older. Guests may pre-pay this fee. This fee covers a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and wristbands to access amenities. A link to pre-pay the User Fee will be included with your emailed confirmation. Guest must register 3 days prior to the arrival or run the risk of not having arm bands .
Maximum Occupancy: Please note that our unit's occupancy limit, including children, adheres to regulations mandated by the State of Florida and its Fire Codes, based on square footage. Exceeding this limit may result in denial of check-in by the HOA, with no refund provided.
Pet Policy: We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted at this vacation rental.
Floor Level: This rental is situated on the 2ND floor for your convenience.
Guest Entry: Access to the rental is facilitated through an E-lock, requiring a unique code that is reset after each guest's stay.
Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.
